Jeanneau 60 delivery

The weather forecast for the first days was okay. There would be some more wind and waves after passing Cap de la Nau. The delivery started at Canet en Roussillon at the MDCP Yacht Refit & Commissioning company. After an inspection and hand-over/take-over procedure, the next step was to get some food in for the coming days. Taking in fuel, we had enough to move out towards the Spanish coast. The next refuel stop was planned at Marina Villanova. The weather was still good, and the yacht was very comfortable to handle and sail.

After the refuel at Villanova, we sailed onwards to San Pedro de Pinatar, the destination for this great yacht. As mentioned before, the weather changed after passing the Cape de la Nau near Javea/Xabia. The wind increased to a northerly with wind force 7, and the wave height started to increase during the day, towards 3 meters. Around 18:00 LT on the 23rd of April, we safely entered the port of San Pedro de Pinatar. Another safe and successful delivery, thank you crew!
