Winter is calling, we keep on going!

Executing deliveries in this time of year is demanding. Specially if a yacht is not equipped with a heating. But with quality clothing and some ingenuity our crews can stay enroute! After a very cold morning start, the sun came along and shared her warmth. With two Lagoon 40's enroute from Les Sables d'Olonne to Stavoren on behalf of Nautisch Kwartier Stavoren. Night temperatures on shore reached -10 degrees Celsius, but thanks to the relative warm sea water the inside of the hull reached around freezing level during the nights and heated up during the sunny day hours.
